# Adding Polygon Network to MetaMask

1. Navigate to polygonscan.com
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Add Polygon Network' button

Once you click the button you will see a MetaMask notification. Click 'Approve'. You will be switched to Polygon’s Mainnet, now in the network dropdown list. Close the dialogue.

If you have issues with this process, you can add the network manually.

In MetaMask, select the Network tab:

Click on 'Add network':

Find Polygon Mainnet in the list of available networks...

Approve the network addition

You'll now see Polygon Mainnet added to the Networks tab:
