## OVER marketplace

You can also buy OVRLands on the secondary market by heading over to <https://marketplace.ovr.ai/lands/secondary>.

Since OVRLand is minted on Polygon blockchain, Secondary marketplace is only accessible from Polygon (be sure to select the correct chain on Metamask).\
You can buy an OVRLand now if it is listed for sale by clicking on “buy now”.\
You will also need to pass the allowance transaction as stated above to do that.

The below window will pop up. Please note that there is a 5% fee.<br>

Alternatively, if you want to get it for a better price or if you want to buy an OVRLand that isn’t listed for sale, you can place an offer to buy. To do so, simply click on “Place offer”.\
There is also a 5% fee.<br>

**OpenSea**

To buy an OVRLand on Opensea you will need a [digital wallet](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1tW7y405hN-Ai1UohMvMNaLRmaOol9LBXYXUpCvK19os/edit#heading=h.xkzd2are2c38). Then, head over to <https://opensea.io/collection/ovrland-polygon> or <https://opensea.io/collection/ovr-land>

OVRLands listed to “buy now” are listed at a set price. They can be purchased any time during the sale period and without any additional involvement from the seller.

You can buy an OVRLand now if it is listed for sale by clicking on “buy now”. Please note that you will need the right currency (in this case it’s MATIC but it could also be Polygon ETH) and you will also need some MATIC tokens to pay for the transaction fee.<br>

Then, a metamask window will pop up prompting you to sign the transaction.

Alternatively, if you want to get it for a better price or if you want to buy an OVRLand that isn’t listed for sale, you can place an offer to buy by clicking on “Make offer”.

You will need Polygon ETH to do so. Opensea will offer you to convert your ETH into Polygon ETH automatically by signing a transaction.&#x20;

After setting the conditions of your offer, simply sign the transaction.

## NFT Trade

For NFT Trade, the process is the same as that for Opensea.&#x20;

To buy an OVRLand on NFT Trade you will need a [digital wallet](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1tW7y405hN-Ai1UohMvMNaLRmaOol9LBXYXUpCvK19os/edit#heading=h.xkzd2are2c38). Then, head over to <https://nftrade.com/collection/ovrland?traitIds=>

OVRLands listed to “buy now” are listed at a set price. They can be purchased any time during the sale period and without any additional involvement from the seller.

You will need WMATIC to do so. NFT Trade will offer you to convert your MATIC into WMATIC automatically by signing a transaction.&#x20;

After setting the conditions of your offer, simply sign the transaction.

The last option available would be to swap one of your NFTs to get an OVRLand.\
To do so, click on “Propose swap”, select the NFT that you wish to swap for the desired OVRLand and sign the transaction.&#x20;
