# What can I do with OVRLands?

Once you buy an OVRLand, you’ll be able to:

* Publish AR and VR content using the Web Builder or the Unity SDK. The content will then be visible via the OVER app or Qr-Code activation on smart devices

* Sell your OVRLands in the secondary market on the OVER Marketplace or on any other NFT-enabled marketplace (e.g. OpenSea and NFT Trade)
