OVER features an end-to-end platform for publishing geo-localized AR content leveraging GPS and OVER VPS. The publishing rights on the platform are based on OVRLand NFTs: spatial domains of 300 sqm mapped to physical world coordinates. Just like in the Web owning a Web Domain assigns you control on the content of a webpage, on OVER owning an OVRLand assigns you control on the AR content on the represented geographic location. OVER provides the tools to visualize AR Experiences—the OVER App, the App-less QRCode activation links, and the Web Marketplace—and the tools to publish the geo-localized AR content. Regarding the publishing tools, there are two main options: a code-free and easy-to-use Web Builder and a more expressive Unity SDK for interactive AR experiences and games.

This section covers these tools and more: the OVER Live Console, a tool to teleport your entire body on the OVER AR Layer with a simple Webcam; the Creator Network, a directory where, as a creator, you can showcase your works and capabilities and, as a publisher, you can find skilled creators to develop your AR content; and the ARWards, our incentivized competition for AR Creators.
