📖OVER Visual Positioning System (VPS)

The OVER Unity SDK allows content creators to define the tracking modalities of the AR experience. The most precise technique involves a pre-scan of the OVRLand using the mobile OVER app.

The OVER Mapper is a feature that generates a 3D map of an OVRLand, by taking pictures of the physical location. Such activity will generate two main assets: a 3D point cloud of the location and a visual render using Gaussian Splatting. You can use either the point cloud or the render to place your assets.

The OVER VPS can be used once you've selected the OVRLand tab.
