# How to set a rent price/period for your OVRLand

## Set Conditions

To establish rental terms for your land, follow these simple steps. Visit the specific land you wish to rent and click on the "Set Conditions" button. This will enable you to define both the rental price and the desired rental period for your property.&#x20;

Within the "Set Conditions" screen, you have the option to determine the preferred rental period for your land. Choose a duration that suits your preferences, ranging from a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 12 months.

Additionally, you can set a price for your land during the rental period. Please be aware that the minimum accepted rental price is 10 OVR Tokens. Adjust these settings according to your requirements to establish clear and enticing conditions for potential renters.<br>

## Block Rent

You can block auto-renting requests from users to ensure that your land always remains at your disposal. You will still be able to receive renting requests manually. The block period will be 3 months and it will cost 0.15 OVR tokens

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.overthereality.ai/over-wiki/own/ovrland-renting/how-to-set-a-rent-price-period-for-your-ovrland.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
