# How to rent an OVRLand (take for rent)

To initiate the land rental process, choose the specific parcel of land you wish to rent and proceed by submitting your rental offer. <br>

## Rent Offer

Additionally, you have the flexibility to specify the duration of your rental period. The minimum rental term is 1 month, and you can extend it up to a maximum of 12 months. Please note that the minimum offer accepted is 10$ in OVR Tokens.

## Auto Rent

Start a rental period safely without having to wait for a response from the owner. Simply auto-accept your offer after 3 days. Remember, your offer must be more than  10$ in OVR Tokens.
